Piptavan 4.5 gm is Levane Healthcare Critical Care Medicine which is used to treat different infections caused by bacteria, such as stomach infections, skin infections, pneumonia, and severe uterine infections.
INDICATIONS / USES:- 
- Lower Respiratory Tract Infection
- Skin & Soft Tissue Infection
- Community Acquired Pneumonia / HAP
- Intra-Abdominal Infection / Appendicitis / Peritonitis
- Febrile neutropenia
- Female Pelvic Infection In Postpartum Endometritis
- Bacterial septicemia
- Polymicrobial disease
Every vial contains-
Piperacillin sodium comparable to Piperacillin…..4 gm
Tazobactum sodium comparable to Tazobactum..0.5gm
Piptavan Dosage:
General infections: 12 gm piperacillin/1.5 gm tazobactum/day in isolated portions each 6-8 hrs
Serious infection: 18 gm pieracillin/2.25 gm tazobactum/day in partitioned dosage
